Shipping Policy
We are happy to ship international!
13€ shipping for all European orders outside of Austria.
Shipping costs for rest of world vary depending on your location and are calculated during the check-out process.
Taxes and duties may apply, customers are responsible for all customs and duty fees. If you decline to pay the customs fees and the parcel is returned to us, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. International transit times may vary due to delays presented at customs.
5€ shipping for all orders from Austria. Dispatched within 1 to 2 business days for Austria.
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Free shipping on all orders over 125€ for Europe, over 180€ for international orders.
Return Policy
Dear Customers, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your item to initiate a return request and return the product to us.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. To start a return, you can contact us at calin.vienna@gmail.com.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. The cost of the return is paid by the customer, including the cost of potential customs charges on return. Please ensure to provide us with the tracking number once the return has been shipped. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please provide a clear photo showing the broken or defective items, along with a description of the issue. Our warranty does not cover physical wear, accidental damage, or damage due to normal wear and tear.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Refund does not include shipping price that was paid.
If the package is lost, we can only proceed with the refund after official confirmation from the postal or courier service. Remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
