How do I return my order?

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders over 125€ for Europe, over 180€ for international orders.
Where are the pieces made?

We work with companies in Italy at this time. We are personally in contact with them and we love working with people who believe in our brand.
This item I want is out of stock, what do I do?

If the product you want is out of stock, we suggest you to enter your email address to get notified when the product is back in stock.
How do I care for my C â L I N pieces?

Dust bags are always a good idea! Please keep the bags in their original dust bag. Store it somewhere without direct sunlight to prevent any discoloration and with low humidity to avoid mold. Clean it, but not too much. We recommend warm water with some washing up liquid and a non-abrasive cloth. Wring the cloth out so that it's not dripping wet and wipe over. Follow up by drying off with a soft cloth such as a microfiber cloth.
